Every wedding bar budget in Pennsylvania comes down to three things: the service (bartenders, bar, equipment, planning), the alcohol (which you buy yourself at store prices here, and that is a feature), and the extras you actually want (drinkware, extra cocktails, printed menus). Why PA works in your favor

These are our live prices, the same ones on the pricing page. Each package includes 4 hours of service and scales with guest count because staffing scales with guest count.

- Split-Base Standard: from $995. The full bar program: portable bar, mixers, ice support, signature cocktails, shopping list, coordination. Most weddings book this.
- Top-Shelf Premium: from $1,395. Craft mixers, upgraded presentation, more cocktails, no tip jar. The bar as part of the show.
At 100 guests, Split-Base Standard runs $1,575 with 2 bartenders. That is the number most couples should anchor on.
The alcohol: what you'll spend at the store
For a typical 100-guest wedding with beer, wine, and two signature cocktails, most of our couples land between $800 and $1,200 at the store, depending on taste and how long the dancing goes. You get an exact shopping list from us, so you buy what the math says and nothing extra. Here is that math, worked in full.

All in, most 100-guest weddings we serve land in the mid $2,000s to low $3,000s for the entire bar: service, alcohol, and extras. Compare that with per-person open-bar packages at banquet venues, which commonly price drinks at $30 to $60 per guest before gratuity, and the dry hire math speaks for itself.
The quiet costs nobody itemizes
Travel within 30 miles of Harrisburg is included in our base pricing. Ice service, drinkware, and staffing beyond the included crew are posted add-ons with posted prices, not surprises on the final invoice. If a bar service cannot tell you these numbers before you sign, that is your answer about the final bill.
How to keep the number down
- Trim the menu, not the quality. Beer, wine, and two signature cocktails serves a crowd better than a full spirits shelf, and costs less to stock.
- Buy from the shopping list. Over-buying is the most common budget leak we see, and the list exists to stop it.
- Match the package to the event. A backyard reception with its own bar setup does not need the full program. That is what Just the Bartender is for.
- Skip the tip jar deliberately. Our no-tip-jar option builds staff gratuity into the price, so the bar looks as clean as the rest of your reception.
